Kyle is a fourth year majoring in Biomedical Engineering and minoring in Engineering Business. He first got involved with EGG as a project manager during his second year. As President, he intends to help launch new international projects, build relationships with faculty and community partners, design and implement new events for the EGG general body, and help EGG navigate COVID and the remote learning environment.

Rohan is a third year majoring in Biomedical Engineering. He joined EGG as Outreach Chair during his first year. As a project manager, Rohan intends to use his passion for community involvement and innovation to help projects overcome barriers, increase EGG’s involvement in the Greater Charlottesville area, and support EGG’s values of sustainability.

Aparna is a third year majoring in Biomedical Engineering and minoring in Engineering Business. She joined EGG as a second year on the Dysphagia Straw Team to follow her passions for medical device design, global service, and entrepreneurship. Through her role as project manager, she plans to help empower projects through skill-building and engineering design while maintaining our vision for international collaboration, sustainability, and innovation.

OUTREACH CHAIR HARSHAL PATEL

Harshal is a second year majoring in Mechanical Engineering. He joined EGG as a first year as a part of the EcoVillage Team. As Outreach Chair, he will maintain the social media presence of EGG, reach out to prospective project leaders for recruitment, and work to improve the standing of EGG within the Engineering School and University.

MARKETING CHAIR EMMA STEPHENS

Emma is a fourth year majoring in Civil and Environmental Engineering and minoring in Materials Science and Engineering. She first became involved with EGG as a member of the Biogas in Belize team her second year. As Marketing Chair, she hopes to revitalize the EGG website, promote EGG through clean and innovative design, and increase membership and community interest through collaboration with other clubs and organizations around UVA.
